URSA obtains the GOLD certificate for indoor air quality
URSA certify the white blow-in wool range with the most prestigious private label in terms of VOC emissions: the Eurofins Indoor Air comfort GOLD.
Since many years, URSA works to ensure the best comfort experience in indoor spaces through our products. Improving the thermal performance of a building to improve energy efficiency and providing acoustic comfort in buildings, is anyhow, our reason to exist. But since more than a decade, we also focus on the indoor air quality of the spaces we live and work in.
And it is in this line for instance that we, since the beginning, achieve the A+ rate of the French Class Sanitaire for construction products. Today, in our URSA geography, all our products currently fulfill the strictest regulations in terms of VOC emissions.
Now, we went a step further by also certifying our white blow-in wool range with the most prestigious private label in terms of VOC emissions. And, again, we achieved the best rating classification: the Eurofins Indoor Air comfort GOLD.
This certificate reflects the highest level of compliance, exceeding all regulatory requirements and those of many of the voluntary building schemes, eco-labels, and building certifications (LEED, BREAM, WELL, HQE, CAM, DNGB, AfBB/AGB…).

This certification underlines another great feature of our white blow-in wool range of products; already well known for its softness, its ease of handling and installation, the absence of waste generation, and of course, its non-combustible nature, all this in addition to the obvious thermal and acoustic comfort it provides.
