The Silk District, new Whitechapel development
Global insulation manufacturer, URSA, has seen some 25,000 m2 of its specialist insulation materials specified and installed at one of the capital’s largest residential development projects in recent years.
Fulham Football Club Craven Cottage
Fulham is the oldest of the ten London Premier League football clubs. Founded in 1879 by the Reverend John Henry to offer the young workers of the neighbourhood an alternative to less healthy temptations, since 1896 it has had its home in the mythical Craven Cottage.
Europe from above
URSA is present in the tallest building in the European Union. It is about Varso, in Poland that has 53 floors and is 310 meters high. It is insulated with more than 30,000 m2 of URSA GLASSWOOL SILENTIO 38 in all the interior partitions of the building.
Ecology and sound at the House of Hungarian Music
The Hungarian House of Music has been completely renovated under the leadership of the Japanese star architect Sou Fujimoto. He designed a huge sound dome and chose URSA FDP2 Vr for its excellent sound absorption.
Enfermera Isabel Zendal Pandemic Hospital
URSA is present at the new Pandemic Hospital in Madrid, Enfermera Isabel Zendal. The new health center will open its doors in the next few days to help relieve the pressure on Madrid's healthcare system with its almost one thousand beds (50 in the ICU) and three hospitalization modules.
Castell D´Or Winery
The fifth producer of cava in Spain expanded its facilities and chose a ventilated façade to ensure the energy efficiency of the winery.
Ghent's harbor area
This 15-storey tower is a commitment to the urban renewal of the port area of Ghent. It has a WALLTEC BLACK mineral wool panel from the URSA TERRA family that, in addition to its features, is completely fireproof as required by the project.
Luxury overlooking the North Sea
In the heart of the Belgian coast is this residential complex overlooking the North Sea. Inside it has 12,380 m² of URSA WALLTEC BLACK, an insulating material from the URSA TERRA family.
Wine Museum in Villafranca del Penedès
The history of wine in Catalonia is linked to the Penedés region, where the Vinseum Museum stands, which has been expanded to become a real tourist attraction. 2,300 square meters of URSA AIR Zero P885 have been installed inside.
Second World War Memorial in Volgograd
Close to 1,000 square metres of 100 mm thick URSA XPS have been installed to insulate the memorial’s roofing.
The ground of the buildings built to accommodate the new snow ploughs that keep the Leipzig’s airport free of snow and ice in winter, were reinforced with URSA XPS D N-III-L.
Origo Films Budapest
In film and TV studios, one of the most important aspects is the sound quality of all pieces produced. URSA SF 35 was used to ensure the best acoustic insulation possible.
One of the main goals of the repairs was to improve the Bolshoi acoustics, bringing them back to the standards that had turned it into the best theatre in the world.
Piscine Les Ménuires
The aquatic luxurious facilities have been insulated with extruded polystyrene that is waterproof, lightweight and easy to install, allowing for the integral design of damp areas.
National Velodrome St Quentin
The constructors of this project counted on URSA Façade to insulate all the envelopes of this sports facility, the largest velodrome in Europe.
San Mamés Stadium
The building’s project team sought to achieve total air tightness for the roof while maintaining highly permeable façades and perfect acoustics.
Sport Complex Snej.com
Temperature is kept constant all year round; therefore, proper insulation is essential, helping to reduce thermal fluctuations with the outside while maintaining a stable temperature indoors.
National Stadium Warsaw
Despite its retractable roof, the stadium is an open structure with a similar temperature inside and outside its walls; hence its constructors and architects trusted URSA for the insulation.

The school has recently undergone deep restoration work, responding to energy efficient and sustainable criteria.
